Eight time Olympic gold medalist Michael Phelps is a pothead.The 23 year-old swimmer turned stoner was photographed inhaling marijuana from a bong. Not just any bong. A very expensive RooR bong. Cannabis enthusiasts admire RooR bongs more than Olympic athletes. Because of the longstanding false belief that people who use marijuana bongs can't possible win 14 Olympic gold medals.
