Dr. Leveque is worth watching. He knows what he is talking about. He even told me that with my Diabetic Neuropathic Gastro Paresis I would qualify for MMJ to control the waves of nausea I surf from mild to severe every hour of everyday in the western states anyway. I have it saved in my email file of his Video Part 7. I don't know how to create a link to it so you will just have to take my word for it.

However, I live in the state of Iowa where pigs (not cops, but real pigs) rule, there are 6 pigs to every human in Iowa. No wonder Sen Tom Harkin (D-IA) say's, "If you smoke marijuana you will find yourself huddle'd in a corner willing to sell your children for just one more puff of marijuana."  He is so pig headed he lumps marijuana in the same feircly addictive catagory as heroin, cocaine and meth. Some states only allow MMJ use for the nausea caused from chemo. While this is a very valid use for MMJ, my disorder causes nausea and vomiting just as bad if not worse than chemo related nausea. Plus their's goes away when treatment is stopped my goes away when I die.

It's a life long disease where my digestive muscles in my stomach are paralyized limiting me to soft easily digestable foods like, bread, yougurt, chicken soup and my favorite ice cream. I have lost over 100 lbs and counting in the last year. Does anyone else know of the extremely theraputic and safe effects of marijuana use in controlling chronic nausea? Other then Marinol there is no other long term drug safe for the control of chronic nausea. The most prescribed is Regalen/Metroclopramide and it causes irreverseable Parkinson like shakes and tremors, and this is Legal?!?! Make sure those of us in the USA use your vote to put the right people in office and remove ignorant and prejudiced people like Sen Tom Harkin (D-IA.) Peace...
